In case you were not satisfied with the purchase of products from agalmat.com, you have the right to return them within 14 days upon receiving your order, and the cost of the purchase will be refunded.

Please note: it is not possible to return and get a refund on personalised and custom-made products (e.g. Custom made car floor mats).

Attention: No return is accepted without the presentation of the original receipt, or a photocopy of the invoice (in case of invoice a return slip is required).

What do I do before returning a product?
To return a product, you must contact us (check our Contact page)  and tell us the reason for the return (description of reason and expression of desire). You will be asked to reeturn the product, in its original packaging, with prepaid and insured shipping.

The return address will be sent to you by reply email.

Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Before returning a product, the company reserves the right to request photos or videos (of the product to be returned) in order to have a complete picture of the problem and the condition of the product.

Conditions for the return to be accepted
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in the condition in which it was received, in its original (factory) packaging (exactly in the packaging sent by our company - without it being damaged or damaged) .

Proof of purchase of the product is required.

Deadline for return
The time limit for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Do I have to pay a refund?
Shipping costs for the return of products are borne by the customer.
If the return concerns an error, defect or omission of AGALMAT.com, in this case our company fully covers the customer in the shipping and return costs.

How do I receive my refund?
After the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your card if the purchase has been made using credit or debit, or to a Bank account that you will indicate to us if the purchase has been made by cash on delivery or via Paypal.

When will I receive the refund?
Once the return is approved (items must be in excellent condition and have the packaging materials), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount will be refunded within the next 2-8 working days (depending on your payment method and the customer's bank).

Return by exchange:
If you wish you can change the product you bought from AGALMAT.com, with another of your choice. In this case there is no refund (or there is a partial refund or replenishment by the customer depending on the value of the exchange product). The customer is charged with the cost of returning the old parcel but also the cost of sending the new one.

 

ATTENTION: In the products that are manufactured after the customer's order (handmade, custom-made etc), eg dashboard covers, seats, seat covers, car floor mats, there is NO return option.
